Delivery Conditions

To ensure your premium HOMFIT products arrive in pristine condition, we have established clear delivery guidelines. Please review these conditions to help us serve you better.

Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery operations follow business hours:

  • Delivery Window: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Holidays: No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays to give our partners a break.
  • Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, but our delivery partners will attempt to contact you prior to arrival.

Recipient Availability

We require a secure handover of your package:

  • Signature Required: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
  • Authorized Receiver: If you are unavailable, please ensure an authorized person (family member or neighbor) is present to receive the package on your behalf.
  • HOMFIT is not responsible for packages left at the doorstep upon customer request.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival:

  • Check Outer Packaging: If the box looks tampered with, crushed, or open, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform the delivery agent immediately.
  • Damage Reporting: Any physical damage to the product must be reported to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.
  • Rescheduling: You will receive a notification after a failed attempt. Please contact the courier directly to reschedule.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): If the package is returned to HOMFIT due to unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Modifications

Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • Please verify your full address (including landmarks and PIN code) carefully at checkout.
  • In case of an error, contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing the order.
